Creative Strategies to Revitalize South Los Angeles

Abstract: The purpose of this project is to seek out development opportunities for South Los Angeles particularly along a 3-mile segment of Crenshaw Boulevard. Our focus was to seek out development strategies that would focus on the possible creation of an artist district as well as other development opportunities that would enhance the area as a destination.
